In 2019, Barfoot & Thompson held its first awards night, aiming for a memorable experience that went beyond the ordinary. The goal was to create lasting memories and leave attendees impressed. The focus was on making award winners feel not just like recipients but main characters in a story of recognition, where each moment carried a deep sense of appreciation and uniqueness.

This exclusive event, accessible only by invitation, had a dual purpose. It not only celebrated achievements but also aimed to motivate staff members collectively, encouraging them to strive for excellence and earn a spot in the event the next year. The exclusivity of the occasion set the scene for a luxurious atmosphere, reflected in the branding. From the design to the overall look, the branding visually represented the event's opulence and the exceptional excellence it aimed to recognise.
